In the unlikely event that Lakzone Venture cancels a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, political instability, or any other force majeure events), the customer will have the following options:

• Rescheduling Option: Opt to reschedule the trip to a later date without any extra charges.

4. Refund Process
